3. Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Full payment is required before access to any digital product, coaching session or online program is provided.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. As digital products are immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Coaching Services
Coaching is designed to support reflection, personal growth and decision-making. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, financial advice, legal advice or medical advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes.
6. Coaching Bookings
Scheduled coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited at our discretion.
If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative appointment.
7. Recorded Content
Where coaching sessions or webinars are recorded, this will only occur with your knowledge.
Any recordings provided remain the intellectual property of The Glass Balls™ Method and are licensed for your personal use only.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including guides, workbooks, videos, templates, coaching materials, graphics and text, remains the intellectual property of The Glass Balls™ Method unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material.
